Description: El Paraiso (The paradise) is its name and it is a very accurate name.
It is a 6 Hect (14 acres) property in the best zone of El Bolson, Rio Negro state, Patagonia. It is located in the 'Camino de los Nogales' on the road of 'Rinconada Nahuel Pan', an indigenous reservation and tourist scene. Only 2.5 miles from the centre of town but still in a wonderful countryside landscape with a stunning view of the Andes.
The land has a forest with indigenous trees like Ciprés and Radal. It also has many fruit trees: apple, peach, cherry, almond and more. The land also has a plantation of Frambuesa (Berry) of about one acre.
A beautiful house was built in this land a few years ago.
This three-bedroom house has three floors. On the first floor there is an entrance hall, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a lovely kitchen, a dinning room and a comfortable living room.
On the second floor there is a library/play-room, a small studio, one bathroom and a laundry area.
On the top floor there is a master bedroom with one bathroom with a bathtub-jacuzzi for two people (from which you can see the mountains and the sky).
The whole house is on top of a hill so it has a 360º incredible view of the Andes, the forests, the town and the lake in the distance.
It also has a garage for two cars, a typically argentine 'quincho' with 'parrilla' (barbecue) and a beautiful swimming pool from which we have the incredible feeling of being swimming in the Andes.
It is located in front of a protected natural reserve and besides the indigenous reserve of Rinconada Nahuel Pan. The surroundings are incredible to walk by.
